Chattogram

Chattogram Division is Bangladesh’s largest administrative division by area and one of its most diverse regions, spanning the southeastern coast, the Chattogram Hill Tracts, major river valleys, and the country’s principal seaport. It covers about 34,530 km² and had a population of about 33.2 million in the 2022 census. Its capital and largest city is Chattogram, Bangladesh’s commercial gateway.
