History & Background
Opened in 2006 and named in memory of former president Ziaur Rahman, Shahid Zia Shishu Park has become a cornerstone of family recreation in Rajshahi city. Spanning roughly 12 acres, it offers around 70 rides and games across 19 different attractions, including a mini railcar, monorail sky bike, bumper cars and boats, a 3D movie theatre, and a range of kiddie rides — making it the main amusement destination for families in the Rajshahi region.
