History & Background
Developed by Krishibid Properties Ltd — a real-estate arm connected to Bangladesh's agriculturists' (krishibid) professional community — Krishibid Sea Palace is planned as an 11-storey, five-star property on Marine Drive Road at Kuakata's Zero Point, marketed as the first five-star hotel in the Kuakata region. As of the mid-2020s the project was still under construction, sold partly through an ownership-package model, with dining, spa, gym, pool, and banquet facilities planned across the building.
